The mobile version of Bloons Monkey City is a remake of the Flash version of Bloons Monkey City for iOS and Android developed by Ninja Kiwi Europe. It is based on the mobile version of Bloons TD 5, similar to how the Flash version of Bloons Monkey City is based on the Flash version of Bloons TD 5. This version has exclusive towers (some incorporated from the mobile version of BTD5, such as the Heli Pilot), buildings, tracks, Special Missions, events, and more extensive city customization features, though it lacks some features of the Flash version, such as Bloon Dunes and the Armored Stealth Silo. In 2015, this version was ported to Windows and Windows Phone exclusively on the Microsoft Store, and in 2020, it released on Steam with support for both Windows and macOS.
Outside of the city view, hotkeys are only usable when the controls are set to "Click & Drop" in the options menu.
