Cleansing Foam is the Monkey Engineer's path 1 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD 5. It adds an additional attack that places foam on the track every 2.1 seconds. The foam removes Camo and Regrowth properties from any Bloons it touches, and also deals 1 damage to Lead Bloons. The foam can affect up to 30 Bloons, or else it expires after 8.2 seconds or at the end of each round. On the mobile version of Bloons TD 5, there is an bug when the specialist building Engineers Workshop is enabled, or the engineer is buffed by a Monkey Intelligence Bureau that enables the foam to damage all Bloon types, including MOAB-Class Bloons.
