Cripple MOAB is the Sniper Monkey's path 1 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD 5. It allows the sniper to stun MOAB-Class Bloons for 2 seconds (3 on the Flash version). ZOMGs are stunned briefly. It can refresh stuns.
