The Ice Monkey is a tower in Bloons Monkey City. It is available to unlock after the player reaches City Level 5.

This tower freezes Bloons in its range, affecting an infinite amount of Bloons, stopping their movement speed and Regrow Bloon regeneration for a short time. In the Flash version of Bloons TD 5, it can re-freeze Bloons, but not in the multiplatform version of Bloons TD 5.
