The Engineer Workshop is a Monkey Building in Bloons Monkey City. Each Engineer Workshop increases the population of Monkey Engineers by 1. In the Flash version, it is unlocked by reaching City Level 5 in Bloon Dunes, while in the mobile version, it becomes available starting at level 5 after completing Engineer Rescue.
