ZombieBloon.Name is an unobtainable Basic Bloon card in Bloons Card Storm. It has no additional effect. It only appears in certain stages of Amelia's Adventure and does not exist in the Collection.
This card was originally created by the effect of the Necromancer, but starting in version 6.0, they create Zombie Blue Bloons instead. It was originally known as the Undead Bloon, but due to the localization text for this card being overwritten in version 6.0, it now displays the text "ZombieBloon.Name" when selected instead.

Bloons summoned at the end of a turn no longer decrement their delay on the same turn (undocumented)
