"Caught exception of type Error"
When attempting to edit certain pages, such as Adora (BTD6) and Rosalia (BTD6), I get an error saying "Caught exception of type Error". This only happens when trying to edit visually, and not when trying to edit the source. Is this a problem on my side, or a general page/wiki error? Zipso (talk) 11:31, 3 April 2025 (UTC)
- The issue happens on pages that use cargo queries to generate galleries (on those pages, it's for listing the skins). I'm trying to find out why newer versions of mediawiki have that issue, but in the meantime, you can fix it by adding
subst:before the template name (ex. replace{{BTD6 hero skin list by hero|Rosalia}}with{{subst:BTD6 hero skin list by hero|Rosalia}}). po●la●vux 11:50, 3 April 2025 (UTC)
creating 'Unlock by Pops' page
I am currently trying to create a page for the "unlock by pops" or "giftbox" tab in btd6, the method used to unlock desperado, dartling gunner, mermonkey, and beast handler. there is surprisingly little documentation on how to get pops and though i am attempting to get some research in place for the tab I am unable to create a page to document the findings.
