Tack Sprayer is the Tack Shooter's path 1 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles. It increases the number of tacks fired per shot from 8 to 16. In the mobile version only, it also reduces its attack cooldown by 0.122 seconds, effectively increasing its attack speed by ~23%.
