Admiral Brickell is a monkey character who appears in Bloons TD 6. She is a naval admiral who uses a combination of her revolver and a cache of sea mines generated from a warship named the Bloonvenge to pop Bloons.

Admiral Brickell is a Hero that specializes in water-based defense, having both stalling power with her mines and the ability to buff fellow water-based towers. This is balanced with the obvious caveat that she can only be used on water-based maps and must have enough room in the water to be used to her maximum support potential. She costs slightly more than average and levels up slowly.

Brickell has brown fur, tan skin, navy blue eyes and grey hair tied in a ponytail. She wears a uniform consisting of a navy blue hat featuring a golden anchor design, a similarly-colored coat with golden buttons and cuffs, dark brown pants, and blue-gray gloves and boots. Her boat is gray with a somewhat blue hue, equipped with a tall quarter deck, a blue flag with a white anchor emblem displayed, and two circular doors through which her sea mines are deployed.

Personality and traits

As the highest-ranking Hero, Brickell is serious on the battlefield, though compared to her military peers, she can be somewhat relaxed while not sacrificing her effective leadership, making her reasonably popular within her ranks. Her history with boats and water in general dates back to her childhood, yet even still she's very passionate about her work.

Dread Pirate Brickell is a pirate version of Brickell. The skin's name references the Dread Pirate Roberts from William Goldman's 1973 novel The Princess Bride and its 1987 film adaptation.

Dread Pirate Brickell has blue-black fur and hair, the latter obscuring her right eye; her visible left eye is purple with a black outline. Her boat is made of wood and has a black flag with a red X on its mast.

Compared to Admiral Brickell, Dread Pirate Brickell tolerates mistakes and annoyances far less, specifying that she will "most likely" have the player killed if irked.

Lifeguard Brickell

Lifeguard Brickell is a lifeguard version of Brickell. She exchanges all of her military gear for the following: a white inflatable raft with an added guard tower and white flag, a green water gun, a white shirt, orange shorts and a pair of white sandals. Her guard tower flag and shirt have an orange insignia resembling a life preserver. For an unspecified reason, her eyes are also brown instead of navy blue. In Bloons TD 6, her appearance changes as she levels up:

• At level 3, she gains a megaphone and whistle, while her lifebuoys turn white on two of their sides.
• At level 7, she gains an antenna for camo detection, and her water gun is bigger for more range.
• At level 10, she gains sunglasses and her shirt turns orange. Her raft increases in size, gaining oars and a buoy with flags. The blue on her water gun turns orange, adds a hand grip, and the yellow on her lifebuoy turns orange.
• At level 20, her shirt gains sleeves. The orange megaphone on her buoy changes to yellow, her sunglasses turn orange, and her raft turns black and orange.

Lore

• She likes budgerigars, though her favorite bird is the galah.
• Her rank in the naval hierarchy is higher than the Navarch of the Seas'.
• She loves sushi to the point where she's the only monkey to possess a VIP pass at Sushi Bento's eatery. She earned the VIP pass due to bringing Ben high quality ingredients.
• Her favorite flower is the blue and gold spiderwort.
• She, Captain Churchill and Striker Jones live together in a military base.
• She is fond of waterbeds, calling them essential when on shore leave.
• She has read "more than a few" romance novels on particularly long deployments.
• She is the best Hero at Chess. She used to play with Striker and Churchill but won so often she elected to stop playing. She is also a Battleship champion.
• Her hair color is natural, although she did consider dying it sea foam green (and didn't like the result).
• She gets furious when excluded from naval missions such as Odysseys, though she does understand if it's because of logistical difficulties of fitting her own boat inside another boat.
• She likes working with Spike Factories the most, specifically the upgrades with mines. She also enjoys working with Perma-Spike.
• Her favorite map is Spice Islands, where she often hangs out when not popping Bloons.
• Outside of her boat, she is also a great swimmer.
• If Brickell were a standard tower, she would be Military-class.
• If asked to pick a number between 1 and 10, she would likely pick 7, due to her history of sailing the seven seas.
• Brickell and the Desperado's marksmanship skills are about equal.
• Brickell was approached by an unnamed popular sportswear brand to design her own line of boat shoes. She refused after finding out they didn't mean tiny boats worn on the feet.
• Brickell, Monkey Buccaneers and Monkey Subs have water Bloon fights every morning as practice.
• Dread Pirate Brickell and Captain Cassie are best friends.
• Dread Pirate Brickell enjoys adventuring in Rogue Legends the most out of any Hero.
• Dread Pirate Brickell does not swear at her fellow monkeys.
• Lifeguard Brickell performs CPR to the beat of "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor.
• Lifeguard Brickell is fully certified.
• Lifeguard Brickell keeps a fleet just outside of Erosion's active combat zone to rescue any monkeys from the water.

• Her voice line "I have not yet begun to fight" is a direct quote from Scottish naval officer John Paul Jones.
• She frequently refers to the player as "XO", a military term which is short for executive officer, implying the player is her second-in-command.
• Her pirate line "We're gonna need a bigger boat!" is an iconic quote from the 1975 movie Jaws.
