Black Bloon debuff

Starting at level 5, all Black Bloons, Zebra Bloons, and DDTs have a 50% chance to have their immunity to explosion damage be ignored when hit, increasing to 100% at level 19. This is done on a per-Bloon basis, meaning, for example, an explosion that hits two Black Bloons may damage one Black Bloon but not the other. This applies to all sources of explosion damage, not just Bomb Shooters and Mortar Monkeys.

1	Striker Jones shoots a powerful bazooka to explode the bloons.
2	Increased blast radius.
3	Concussive Shell: shoots a guided shell to the largest bloon on screen, stunning it.
4	All Bomb Shooters and Mortar Monkeys on screen shoot 10% faster.
5	Makes all Black bloons less resistant to explosive damage from all Monkeys.
6	Blast radius and pops for Jones' normal attacks increases greatly.
7	Pops 2 layers per shot and Mortar Monkeys blast radius increased by 15%.
8	Bomb Shooters near the hero get +15% range and +40% pierce.
9	Increased attack speed and increased Concussive Shell pierce, damage, and stun.
10	Artillery Command: Fire the abilities of all Bomb Shooters and Mortar Monkeys for free, even if they're on cooldown.
11	Increased attack speed.
12	Slightly increased attack range, and extra layer pop.
13	Increased attack speed.
14	Concussive Shell affects a larger area and for a longer duration.
15	Concussive Shell cooldown reduced to 11 seconds.
16	Increased attack speed.
17	Increased range and pops 4 layers per shot.
18	All Bomb Shooters and Mortar Monkeys attack an additional 15% faster.
19	Increased attack speed and makes all Black Bloons vulnerable to explosive damage.
20	Artillery Command also gives double damage and pops per shot to all Bomb Shooters and Mortar Monkeys for 10 seconds.

While heroes who have clear synergies with specific towers are generally a good thing, Striker Jones in particular has been over reliant on Bomb and Mortar which has made him an unpopular hero. We have changed several of his upgrades so that they no longer do nothing if Bomb/Mortar are not present and added a secondary effect to his Artillery Command so that, while he’s still better with his favourite towers, he is capable of functioning without them.
