Scientist Gwendolin is a Hero Alt of Gwendolin in Bloons TD Battles 2. She costs  2,000 Monkey Money and 40,000 Gwendolin Hero Points to unlock.

Scientist Gwendolin's basic attack shoots fireballs that deal fire-type damage to up to 3 Bloons per shot, and deal extra damage to Bloons covered in glue and/or acid. She cannot damage Purple Bloons and cannot detect Camo Bloons. Compared to Gwendolin, she focuses specifically on synergizing with Glue Gunners and Alchemists. As she levels up, her attack gains more pierce and damage and shoots more projectiles at a time, and she unlocks buffs and additional attacks.

• Starting at level 4, her attack occasionally triggers a burst of fire around her that damages Bloons in an area and temporarily buffs towers within her range, granting them extra pierce, bonus damage to Bloons with glue/acid, and the ability to damage Lead Bloons.
• Starting at level 5, she passively buffs the attack speed and projectile radius of all Glue Gunners with Glue Splatter and Alchemists with Unstable Concoction on the map.
• Starting at level 6, her attack inflicts an effect on Bloons that deals fire-type damage over time for a few seconds.

Scientist Gwendolin has two activated abilities: Chemical Cocktail (Level 3), and Science Storm (Level 10):

• Chemical Cocktail: creates a temporary Wall of Fire-like projectile on the track that damages Bloons that pass through and burns off glue and/or acid, dealing extra damage to affected Bloons depending on the strength of the effect removed.
• Science Storm: damages all Bloons on the map and deals extra damage to MOAB-Class Bloons, inflicts fire-type damage over time, burns off glue and/or acid, and grants all towers extra damage and her level 4 buff for a short time.

Abilities

Chemical Cocktail

Chemical Cocktail is unlocked at level 3. It places a Wall of Fire-like projectile on the track that rapidly deals fire damage to Bloons that pass over it. It hits every 0.36 seconds, dealing 3 damage, and can hit up to 40 Bloons at a time. It deals extra damage to a Bloon with glue and/or acid equal to up to 4 seconds worth of DoT (e.g. Corrosive Glue does +2 damage, which normally does 1 damage every 2 seconds), then removes those mutator(s). It lasts up to 6 seconds, and expires early if it can't pop a Purple Bloon. The cocktail's landing point can be set to anywhere within Gwendolin's range using the targeting option, even behind line of sight blockers. It has a 30-second cooldown and starts with a 7.5-second cooldown.

Starting from level 14, cocktail damage increases to 6 per tick, and applies a burn to MOAB-class Bloons that deals 5 damage every 0.5 seconds for up to 5 seconds. Starting from level 16, cocktail naturally pops Purple.

1	Blasts bloons with fire from her pyro gun, dealing extra damage to those covered in glue or acid.
2	Slightly increased popping power per shot.
3	Chemical Cocktail: Hurls a flask of flammable liquid, incinerating bloons and burning off any chemicals on them for extra damage.
4	Heat it up - Every few seconds creates a powerful blast wave of fire. Nearby Monkeys gain fire damage and do extra damage to bloons covered in glue or acid.
5	Increased popping power. 10% improved attack speed and splash radius for Splatter Glue Gunners and Unstable Concoction Alchemists.
6	Attacks cause a burn effect on target bloon.
7	Heat it up has increased radius.
8	Shoots 2 blasts of fire per shot.
9	Initial hit per blast pops 1 extra layer.
10	Science Storm: Incinerates all Bloons, burning off any chemicals on them for extra damage. Also grants the Heat It Up buff and +1 damage to all Monkeys.
11	Increased attack range.
12	Increased attack speed.
13	Greatly increased popping power, plus projectiles move faster and last longer.
14	Chemical Cocktail does extra damage and sets MOAB class Bloons alight.
15	Increased attack speed.
16	Science Storm has increased duration. Purple bloons are no longer immune to Gwendolin's attacks
17	Heat it up empowers affected Monkeys to pop 1 extra layer, and do +2 damage to Lead Bloons.
18	Increased attack speed. 20% improved attack speed and splash radius for Splatter Glue Gunners and Unstable Concoction Alchemists.
19	Shoots 3 blasts of fire per shot.
20	Science Storm does hugely increased damage, and even more when it ignites chemicals.
