The Sharpening Stone is a Geraldo's Shop item in Bloons TD 6. It applies a buff to a tower which is capable of dealing Sharp damage (ignoring buffs such as Monkey Intelligence Bureau), increasing the pierce of its Sharp attacks by +1 for 10 rounds. At level 15 the buff is upgraded to increase pierce by +2.
If a tower with the Sharpening Stone buff is upgraded to lose the ability to deal Sharp damage or is transformed by Total Transformation, it loses the buff. An upgraded version of the buff may be applied to a tower with an inferior version, overriding it and resetting the duration.

No longer grants +1 bounce to Bouncing Bullet Snipers (bug fix)

All of Geraldo's temporary buff effects now display buff icons to their applied tower with stack count numbers representing their remaining round durations
- Level 5 and level 15 Sharpening Stones can no longer stack buffs on the same tower (bug fix)
- Levels 15+: should no longer last forever after loading a save (bug fix)
Buff should now save correctly on subtowers (bug fix)
Levels 15+: now gives +2 pierce instead of +1 pierce and +1 damage
