Version 4.5 is the first major update to Bloons TD Battles 2 and Bloons TD Battles 2+ of 2025. It introduced the community-created map Neo Highway. It had 2 OTA updates which fixed bugs and set up new Store bundles.
By increasing the damage and reducing the attack rate of Scientist Gwedolin’s cocktail, we can reduce the amount of damage it does when combined with Glue Gunner without nerfing the attack as a whole. — Update notes
