The Rad Bloon is a Large Bloon card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 3.0. It is created by Zee Jay's Rad Bloon Time! ability and is not normally part of a deck. It generates one Rad Token at the start of each turn while in play, unless it is moved to a non-Zee Jay's side via Bloon Redirect, as they cannot use Rad Tokens. When played with Rad Bloon Time!, this Bloon's health will be 60 times the number of Rad Tokens removed upon using the ability, though if moved to the player's hand with Return to Sender, it reverts to having 60 health.

- If the opponent lacks Sticky Bomb or any Bloon removal card, a buffed Rad Bloon is a significant threat for the opponent, especially in the early-game. Not only it can have a lot of health, the extra Rad Token per round will fuel stronger Rad Bloons if not dealt with fast enough.
- Return to Sender removes any health gains obtained via Zee Jay's major ability. If the opponent removes the Rad Bloon, re-playing the card is still worth the Gold cost when planning ahead for next turns.
- For Zee Jay OTK strategies, three delay reductions plus an extremely high health Rad Bloon (9 tokens exceeds 500 health) will defeat the opponent in one turn if they lack Hero Protection. If they have Adora's passive, more tokens are necessary (+1 Rad Token per 2 sunbeams). At 7 gold per Quick Ready, one is almost required to use multiple MOAB Construction Facilities to provide the same benefit, but will cost some more Rad Tokens to OTK. At worst, 3 Facilities only requires 2 extra tokens for a total of 11.
- To defeat Hero Protection, even more setup is necessary. Get Quincy Action Figure for extra Gold and pair with Double Trouble. This will outscale even a maximized Obyn Greenfoot with plenty of shield and a Hero Protection.
- Note that Zee Jay lacks any direct defense, so be sure to defend against the opponent's rushes first before preparing for this OTK combo.
- For Zee Jay aggro strategies, the Rad Bloon is often combined with other Bloons as a high-health threat, alongside the swarms of cheap bloons.
