Patch
Patch (also known as Jessica)[1] is a major non-playable character in Bloons TD 6 and Bloons Pop!. She is also mentioned in Bloons Card Storm.
She frequently appears as a guide for Quests in BTD6, additionally serving as a spokesmonkey in the patch notes for every major update (hence her nickname). Similarly, in Bloons Pop!, she advises the player on various elements of the game.
General information

[edit | edit source]Patch has brown fur, tan skin, brown eyes, and brown hair styled in a ponytail. Often, her only articles of clothing are a pair of round glasses with black frames and a blue hair tie. However, when serving as a Quest guide, she is known to wear a grey-brown safari hat with a black spyglass equipped and a backpack in a similar shade to her hat.
She is most often seen with a blue clipboard and a black pen, or a small scroll as a Quest guide.
Personality and Traits
[edit | edit source]Patch is kind, levelheaded and very knowledgeable about various aspects of Bloon and monkey history. She isn't known to participate in active Bloon combat, but she has prominent skills in analyzing and planning, as demonstrated in Quest dialogue. On the occasion that she makes a mistake, she sees it more as a learning opportunity,[2] demonstrating her positive outlook.
Lore
[edit | edit source]- "Patch" is a nickname she picked up from being the spokesmonkey for Bloons TD 6's patch notes. It's unknown if Jessica is her real name or not.[3]
- She handles applications for new Heroes.[4][5]
- She and Pat Fusty have started an outreach program to help Cave Monkeys adapt to modern life.[6]
- She has very neat handwriting.[7]
- She leads an investigative team dedicated to uncovering the origins of Bloons, especially Boss Bloons.[8]
- She has been stated to review and distribute the Ninja Kiwi blog posts.[9]
- Should she face a Bloon in combat (which she might have[10]), she would defend herself with her smarts and her clipboard.[11]
