Time Stop

Time Stop is a Power in Bloons TD 6. It has the following effects, lasting for 10 seconds (15 seconds with 
Longer Time Stop):
- It reduces the speed of all Bloons (including BADs and Boss Bloons) to 30% of their normal speed
- It reduces the attack speed of most towers and the movement speed of flying towers to 70% of their normal speed
Time Stop does not affect:
- Paragons
- Activated Ability cooldowns
- Bloon spawns
- Spike Storm and Carpet of Spikes ability dispersal rate and duration
It cannot be used in the break between rounds.

Instead of pausing time, now slows Bloon movement speed (except BADs), tower attack speed, and tower movement speed, but not Activated Ability cooldowns, for the duration of the Power
Can now slow BADs
- Tower attack speed debuff reduced ― -70% → -40%
Bloon speed reduction decreased ― −90% → −70%- Tower attack speed reduction decreased ― −40% → −30%

Trivia

DartTime. This is likely a play on bullet time, a visual effect that creates the illusion of time either slowing down or stopping. Furthermore, the Trophy Store contains a Dart Time Stop Power Skin.
