Operation: Dart Storm is the Monkey Ace's path 2 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD 5. It doubles the darts of the tower (8 to 16), decreases reload time from 1.8 to 1, and increases pierce from 5 to 15 (no change in pierce for Flash / Deluxe versions).
