Spike Storm is the Spike Factory's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD 5. It unlocks an Activated Ability that shoots out 200 MOAB-SHREDR Spikes spread out across the track. These spikes inherit the crosspath of the Spike Factory before activating the ability. On the multiplatform version of Bloons TD 5, the spikes coalesce near the Spike Factory's location, resulting in more damage being done to nearby MOAB-Class Bloons.

Spike Storm is effective at dealing burst damage to MOAB-class Bloons.

Always crosspath with at least Bigger Stacks, as this substantial pierce bonus affects the ability as well. White Hot Spikes can be added to ensure Lead Bloons and Frozen Bloons (with Ice-centric strategies) don't block its spikes.
