The Temple demands sacrifice. Its arsenal of unstoppable bloon destruction is enhanced and modified by the types of tower sacrificed. Use at your own peril.

Temple Of The Monkey God (parsed Temple of the Monkey God in the Flash releases and BTD5 Deluxe) is the Super Monkey's path 1 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD 5. It sacrifices all towers within the Super Monkey's range to enhance the attacks of the Temple, with more money spent and tower types being the main factors. When attempting to purchase the upgrade, a popup will appear prompting confirmation that the player wishes to sacrifice nearby towers. The Temple also has natural Camo detection. Additionally, the main attack is changed to rapid-firing single sunbeams with large area.

The Temple can be further improved on the multiplatform version of Bloons TD 5 with the Super Monkey Lair, granting an Activated Ability that transforms it into the Temple of the Vengeful Monkey.

On the Flash version of Bloons TD 5, the Temple's placement hitbox also extends to the base of the tower.

The Temple Of the Monkey God sacrifices nearby towers to enhance all its attacks. It has five categories of sacrifices that each correspond to a different attack, and all of them have five tiers of sacrifice that depend on cash spent, up to $30,000 required for the max tier. For every tier of a specific category earned, the main sunbeam attack receives additive buffs equal to the total amount of tiers across all sacrifices.
