Bloons TD 6 Birthday Party is a Challenge Quest in Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 37.0. The objective is to pop the Party Bloon at least ten times, though the player can pop it more times to set a high score. The player has unlimited lives. The Party Bloon is a BAD with a mutation that makes it much slower and gives it the ability to respawn when popped with extra health. Specifically, it gains 2% HP, multiplicative, every time its HP reaches zero, with no limit to its health (starting from 20,000). The Party Bloon spawns at the left entrance of Quad, travels to the right entrance, makes a U-turn, and goes back to where it started before escaping. The game starts with Quincy, Striker Jones, Obyn Greenfoot, and three 2-0-0 Banana Farms, and the left and right removables are automatically removed. The Party Bloon begins appearing on round 38.

Single-target damage to the Party Bloon is the best income generator, which will fund more money to deal more damage to the Party Bloon. After beginning round 38 while popping a decent amount of Bloons, common single-target specialists like 1-0-4 Sticky Bomb or the Embrittlement + 2-0-4 Overdrive combo become affordable and are easy ways to get at least a decent score. It's pretty easy to get at least 10 score to win this Quest, but the main challenge is maximizing score.
