Mini Game

Mini Game is a type of tile in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. They are optional challenges that can reward the player with the choice of one of three Artifacts when completed. Each Mini Game has three tiers of score goals. If the player does not reach any of the goals, they do not earn an Artifact. The player does not lose a heart if they lose or fail to achieve a goal score, but they can pay 1 heart to restart if they haven't earned an Artifact yet. Restarting before starting the first round does not cost a heart.
There are three types of Mini Game tiles: Least Cash, Race, and Endurance Race. They usually use Standard mode, but have a 20% chance to be in Reverse mode instead. The start round, end round, Bloon speed, Bloon health, and starting cash of an encounter depends on the difficulty value, but the player starts with $1,500 more cash than normal. The player can choose a Boost once every five rounds.
The goal the player reaches determines if the Artifacts they can choose from are Common, Rare, or Legendary. If the tile has a Legendary Augment, they can choose two Artifacts of the same rarity, each from three options. The goal also determines the amount of Rogue XP the player earns (before the stage-based multiplier).
- Common: 10
- Rare: 20
- Legendary: 25
Types of Mini Games
Least Cash
Least Cash scores the player based on the amount of cash spent. The player can only spend at most the bronze goal threshold, which is 85% of the total money earned, and in the case of the Perfectionist Curse being active, the silver goal threshold which is 70% of the total money earned. Cash spent on rerolling or using Boosts do not count towards the score, though it still prohibits their use if you are close enough to the limit. These Mini Games are always 10 rounds long; the end round is always 9 rounds after the start round instead of using the normal formula.
Race
Race is based on the Race Event, with the player's score being their final time. When the player earns a Boost, the game chooses a random one for the player automatically instead of pausing the game to let the player choose. The end round is instead calculated using this formula:
Endurance Race
Endurance Race is based on the 5 Minutes of Frozen Over Quest, where the objective is to pop as many Bloons as possible in a limited amount of time using Race Event rules. The time limit is 5 minutes on stage 1, reducing by 10 seconds on each successive stage, to a minimum of 3 minutes. There is no limit to the number of rounds. Like Race tiles, the game selects Boosts for the player automatically.
