Abilities

Chilling Cheer

Unlocked at level 3. Increases ice monkeys' ,in 60 range, and Fusty's damage by 1, reduces their attack cooldown by 15% and lets them pop all bloon types for 7s. Has a 50s cooldown between used and takes 12s to charge upon reaching level 3. After level 8 it lets ice monkeys attack MOAB class blooms and deal 3 times as much damage to them, applying after additive buffs from Chilling Cheer. Also causes arctic wind's slowing aura to affect MOAB class bloons. Finally, level 14 buffs its range to 70, damage boost to 3, attack cooldown decrease to 50% and duration to 9s.

Levels

Level	Description
1	Fusty slams bloons into the ground.
2	Increase radius of slam attack and allows all monkeys to pop frozen bloons.
3	Chilling Cheer: All nearby Ice Monkeys gain extra damage and speed for a short time.
4	Increased attack speed.
5	Sometimes does a powerful slap that pushes bloons away from the exit.
6	Bloons struck by Fusty are frozen for a short time.
7	Increased popping power and damage.
8	Increased attack range. Chilling Cheer lets Ice Monkeys hit MOABs and do x3 damage to them.
9	Increased attack speed.
10	Crushing Ice: Grabs a MOAB, BFB, DDT (if visible), or ZOMG and crushes it until it bursts in a cloud of freezing snow.
11	Attack pops more layers.
12	Increased attack speed.
13	Attack freezes bloons for longer and can freeze MOAB class bloons very briefly.
14	Chilling Cheer increased radius and duration and increased damage and attack speed of ice monkeys.
15	Slap attack can affect more bloons.
16	Increased attack range and bonus damage to ceramic and MOAB class bloons.
17	Increased attack speed.
18	Increased popping power.
19	Attack pops more layers.
20	Crushing Ice can grab several big Bloons at once and creates a bigger and more powerful snow burst.
