Submerge and Support is the Monkey Sub's path 1 tier 3 upgrade in multiplatform version of Bloons Monkey City. It adds the submerge mode targeting option to the tower that stops the main dart attack, but instead removes Camo property from Bloons in its radius every 2 seconds.

Strategy

Despite the improved consistency of its decamo compared to Signal Flare or Cleansing Foam, it suffers on many tracks due to lack of placement, as very few of them outside of Lake and River terrain have water and as a result it is merely a stepping stone to Bloontonium Reactor.
