	The Engineer uses special dispenser to spray down the track with a cleansing foam that removes camo and regen properties. Also pops lead bloons.

Cleansing Foam is the Monkey Engineer's path 1 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It adds an additional attack that places foam on the track every 2.1 seconds. The foam removes Camo and Regrowth properties from any Bloons it touches, and also deals 1 damage to Lead Bloons. The foam can affect up to 30 Bloons, or else it expires after 8.2 seconds or at the end of each round. It has slightly different behaviors between versions:

• On the Flash version of Bloons Monkey City, it's pierce is infinite, meaning it will never expire when hitting Bloons.
• On the multiplatform version of Bloons Monkey City, there is an bug when buffed by a Monkey Intelligence Bureau that enables the foam to pop all Bloon types, including MOAB-Class Bloons.
