 Creates temporary sentry guns and deploys them nearby.

 Automatically creates sentry guns and deploys them on the ground nearby. Sentries shoot sharp steel pins at the bloons but only last a short time.

Sentry Gun is the Monkey Engineer's path 1 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It allows the tower to place sentry sub-towers at a rate of one per ten seconds, which attacks Bloons with projectiles. Each sentry shot has two pierce and attacks at moderate speed.

Sentries are comparable to Sharp Shots Dart Monkeys, and since it can sustain about 3 at a time without speed buffs, it is decently efficient for early-game.
Trivia
[edit | edit source]- In the Flash version, Sentry Gun's upgrade portrait appears in the My Monkeys and on the Research screen for Engineering School.
- Sentry Gun is the face of the Uncommon Monkey Knowledge card for the Monkey Engineer in the Flash version.
