Quincy

Quincy is a Hero in Bloons Blitz. He attacks using a bow that fires arrow projectiles that travel in a straight line.

• Trick Arrows Path causes his arrows to home in on Bloons with more pierce, split into more arrows, and explode under certain conditions.
• The Zone Path causes Quincy to enter "The Zone" after firing ten shots in a row that hit at least one Bloon, which buffs his attack speed and lasts until he misses or takes damage. Further upgrades apply additional buffs while in The Zone and make it easier to enter it while at low health.
• Storm Of Arrows Path unlocks a second attack that rains arrows on Bloons over a large area. Further upgrades increase its effectiveness and cause it to leave debris that slows Bloons in the area the arrows landed.

Trick Arrows Path

Homing Arrows

Tier 1

Arrows seek Bloons.

This upgrade causes arrows from Quincy's main attack to home in on the nearest Bloon while traveling. The arrows can rotate at up to 180° per second to track targets. The Level 2 version of this upgrade additionally increases the pierce of the arrows by 100%.

Carbon Fiber Fletching

Tier 2

Arrows have higher pierce and fly faster.

This upgrade increases the pierce of arrows from Quincy's main attack by 200%. This stacks with the Level 2 version of Homing Arrows, effectively increasing pierce by 300% in total. Despite what the description states, this upgrade does not affect projectile speed.

Diamond Arrowheads

Tier 2

Arrows deal more damage the more bloons they hit.

This upgrade causes each arrow from the main attack to increase its own damage by 10% additively after each time it hits a Bloon.

Splitting Shots

Tier 3

Arrows split in 2 on first hit.

EMP Arrows

Tier 4

Arrows create lightning when they hit a boss.

Bomb Arrows

Arrows explode on first hit

This upgrade causes each arrow from the main attack to explode the first time it hits a Bloon, hitting all Bloons in the radius (50% larger with the Level 2 version). The explosion deals 10 damage (15 with the Level 2 version) and inflicts knockback, but cannot crit.

The Zone Path

The Zone

Tier 1

Enter the Zone while on a 10+ hit streak. Attack faster while in the Zone.

This upgrade causes Quincy to gain 1 Momentum point each time an arrow from his main attack hits its first Bloon (including Boss Bloons during their immunity periods). At 10 Momentum, quincy enters The Zone, gaining a buff that increases the attack speed of all of his attacks by 50% (75% with the Level 2 version). If Quincy takes damage or one of his arrows expires without hitting any Bloons, his Momentum resets to 0 and he loses the buff.

Hot Streak

Tier 2

Increased Crit Chance while in the Zone.

This upgrade increases Quincy's crit chance by 20% while he is in The Zone.

Feelin' It

Tier 2

Move faster while in the Zone.

This upgrade increases Quincy's movement speed by 30% while he is in The Zone.

Triple Shot

Tier 3

Fire more arrows while in the Zone.

This upgrade causes Quincy's main attack to fire three arrows at a time (four arrows with the Level 2 version) while he is in The Zone. Only one arrow per volley needs to hit a Bloon in order to maintain Quincy's Momentum. If crosspathed with the Trick Arrows path, only one arrow per volley has the properties of any upgrades from that path, unless Quincy also has Triple Tricks.

Adrenaline Rush

Tier 4

Entering the Zone is easier when hurt.

This upgrade causes Quincy to enter The Zone more easily based on how much health he is missing. His attacks to generate +1 Momentum (+2.25 Momentum with the Level 2 version) for each unit of health he is missing below the maximum. In Iron Monkey and Bodyguards modes, Quincy's maximum health is treated as 1, so this upgrade effectively does nothing.

Untouchable

Tier 4

Increased Evasion while in the Zone.

This upgrade increases Quincy's evasion by 20% (30% with the Level 2 version) while he is in The Zone, and temporarily increases his evasion to 100% for 6 seconds each time he successfully triggers evasion. Triggering evasion while in this state does not refresh the duration.

Unlock a new attack that rains arrows down from above.

Relentless Storm

Tier 2

Storm of Arrows fires more often.

This upgrade increases the attack speed of the Storm Of Arrows attack by 50%.

More Arrows

Tier 2

Storm of Arrows hits a bigger area.

This upgrade increases the radius of the Storm Of Arrows attack by 100%.

Storm Again

Tier 3

Storm of Arrows fires twice each attack.

This upgrade causes the Storm Of Arrows attack to fire in bursts of two storms (three with the Level 2 version) each time it shoots, with a 2-second delay between shots.

Sea of Arrows

Tier 4

Storm of Arrows leaves behind debris which slows Bloons.

Tempest of Arrows

Tier 4

Storm of Arrows affects a massive area.

Secret

Triple Tricks

Tier 4

All arrows from Triple Shot become Trick Arrows.

This upgrade causes the extra arrows from Triple Shot to gain the effects of all the Trick Arrows Path upgrades that Quincy has, including Bomb Arrows and EMP Arrows if he has those upgrades too.
