Commander Cassie is a character in Bloons Adventure Time TD. She is unlocked by completing Something Fishy on Extreme. When her attack speed exceeds 30 attacks per second, she will attack 60 times per second instead.

Commander Cassie is an expensive DPS character that by default, can only be placed in water or neutral terrain, serving as a water counterpart for Supermonkey. Even though she already can output high damage, her damage output is unparalleled through the use of a glitch that no other tower can even come close in matching.

Like most DPS characters, Commander Cassie wants attack speed and damage/MOAB damage. As she cannot use Baker's Shard, stacking standard attack speed trinkets such as Heart Gauntlets, Doom Gauntlets, and Cosmic Gauntlets is recommended. For a weapon, Snake Darts is recommended before level 5, while after level 5, Dragon Fangs, or level 4 if Silver Tipped Stakes are available, is recommended instead. Alternatively, Lightning Bolts can be used for more range but 1 less damage than the other two damage weapons. Because Engineers Blueprints is unavailable for her, Demon Heart is the next best damage trinket. Generally, her Triple Barrels upgrade is the stronger crosspath, as Mounted Mauler cannot take advantage of the speed cap interaction that her base attack does, and does not outdamage Triple Barrels, although Bloontonium Tips can still be utilized early on if the player struggles with DDTs. If Cassie is already at the speed cap, prioritize more damage trinkets instead of speed whenever possible.

Although Commander Cassie is already strong, she can become even stronger through the use of a glitch that makes her Sidewinder Strike planes attack extremely fast, dealing hundreds of thousands of DPS. First, she must have Plasma Goggles equipped and off cooldown and her Sidewinder Strike purchased, thus this glitch cannot be done before level 5. Afterwards, place an external attack speed influence buff such as Tuxedo Jake with Allegro Tempo or activating Warning Horn on a different character, then activate Sidewinder while the external attack speed buff is active, followed by Plasma Goggles, then before any ability wears off, place any character or ally in range. After doing this successfully, every time Cassie activates her Sidewinder Strike, they will attack extremely fast and will easily destroy Fortified BADs in lategame Martian Games. For the purposes of this glitch, COBRA's Monkey Stim and Baby Tooth are useful for improving uptime on her sidewinders.
