Full Metal Jacket is the Sniper Monkey's path 1 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles. It increases the Sniper Monkey's damage from 2 to 4 and allows it to pop Lead Bloons and frozen Bloons. In the Flash version, the Sniper Monkey can pop frozen without this upgrade, despite what its description implies.
