Smudge Catt Ezili is a Hero Alt of Ezili in Bloons TD Battles 2, introduced in version 1.5. She costs  2,000 Monkey Money and 40,000 Ezili Hero Points to unlock.

Smudge Catt's basic attack places a curse on a target Bloon that inflicts damage over time on it and deals splash damage around it. She cannot damage Purple Bloons, but she can detect Camo Bloons. As she levels up, her attack speed, pierce, and damage increase, especially to MOAB-Class Bloons, her curses last longer and deal damage faster, and she unlocks methods of buffing towers, debuffing Bloons, and healing a limited amount of lives. Compared to normal Ezili, Smudge Catt's attacks have more pierce and radius, starting from Level 2.

• Starting at level 9, her curses remove Bloon Mods from all Bloons except Purple Bloons and MOAB-Class Bloons.
• Starting at level 11, she healing 9 lives every second round, starting from after the round she reaches at least this level. Cannot go above starting lives.
• She has three Activated Abilities:
  • Screech (level 3) — Strips Regrow Bloon properties and pops all Purple layers. At higher levels, it can strip any non-Fortified property.
  • Scratching Post (level 7) — Consumes 5 lives to place a temporary sub-tower that buffs the pierce, attack speed, range, and projectile speed of nearby towers, and grants them Camo detection. She also deals far more damage to blimps and attacks faster. Starting at level 16, it lasts longer and only costs 1 life.
  • Go Smudge GO! (level 10) — Places up to three hexes on up to three non-BAD MOAB-Class Bloon that rapidly damages it for a short time. If the target pops while cursed, it spawns no children and the curse jumps to the next Bloon available. At level 20, it deals damage faster and can target BADs.

1	Smudge Catt curses bloons with Cat Magic.
2	Increased attack range, pierce and area of effect.
3	Screech: A blast of sound pops all purple Bloons and strips the Regrow property from all Bloons on screen.
4	Smudge Catt's main attack now curses multiple Bloons.
5	Increased attack speed.
6	Damage over time lasts longer and damages faster.
7	Scratching Post: A totem that gives Camo detection, extra pierce, attack range, attack speed, and projectile speed to nearby Monkeys. Smudge Catt gets additional attack speed and MOAB damage if in range. Drains 5 lives.
8	Smudge Catt's attack does far more damage to MOAB class Bloons.
9	Smudge Catt's attack strips off Camo, Regrow and Fortified properties from non-MOAB class Bloons.
10	Go Smudge GO!: Places curses on the 3 strongest MOAB class Bloons up to DDTs. Each one deals massive damage each second for 5 seconds.
11	Increased range and Smudge generates +9 lives every second round up to your starting life max.
12	Screech strips camo and regrow from all Bloons on screen and allows them to be popped by any damage type. Smudge Catt's main attack does additional damage to MOAB class Bloons.
13	Base attack has a larger splash radius and increased pierce.
14	Faster damage over time.
15	Increased range. Damage over time lasts longer.
16	Scratching Post lasts longer and costs only 1 life to use.
17	Base attack has a larger splash radius and increased pierce.
18	Increased attack speed.
19	Each damage tick from base attack pops 3 layers!
20	Go Smudge GO! does more damage per second and can affect BAD Bloons.
