Paragon of Power is a Support Monkey Knowledge upgrade in Bloons TD 6. When active, each Paragon's attack cooldown decreases to 83.33% (about ~20% attack speed increase) if there's no Tier 5 of the same tower present. Combined with Veteran Monkey Training Paragon attack cooldown decreases to 80.83% (about ~23.71% attack speed increase).
In Co-op, only tier 5 towers placed by the owner of a Paragon will remove its buff.
Strategy

However, not all situations need to keep the Paragon of Power benefit. For instance, Sentry Champion and Flying Fortress can deliver more BAD DPS in freeplay scenarios when fully buffed, as well as important support towers like Energizer and Ultraboost breaking the Paragon of Power if they are placed down alongside their respective paragons. Some paragons like the Apex Plasma Master and Crucible of Steel and Flame may struggle to deliver good damage without proper map support and thus tier 5s like Plasma Monkey Fan Club and The Tack Zone can out-DPS the Paragon. It is not recommended to break the buff against Boss Bloons, because Paragons have bonus Boss damage and as a result will significantly deal more damage than any tier 5.
