Blade Maelstrom is the Tack Shooter's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD 5. It has an Activated Ability that shoots out a pair of maelstrom blades 30 times a second for 2 seconds in 12 degree increments. Each blade has infinite pierce and deals 1 damage, it cannot pop Lead nor Frozen Bloons. Its cooldown is 20 seconds.
