Reactor is the Monkey Sub's path 1 tier 4 upgrade in the multiplatform version of Bloons TD Battles. It causes the Monkey Sub to inflict a damage over time effect on all Bloons within its range while submerged, dealing 1 damage every 0.5 seconds, and it reduces the Activated Ability cooldowns of Monkey Pirates and First Strike Capability by 15%. Purchasing this upgrade automatically changes the Monkey Sub's targeting to Submerged (if it is not submerged already).
