Qwertyxp2000 (talk | contribs) i saw an ai obyn use slowing bloon where there's no bloons on screen, but why do that? he cannot slow any bloon if there's only a slowing bloon on screen and no other bloons in play... I wonder if this always was the case that no target self, but I must've assumed too much didn't I? |

The Slowing Bloon is an Advanced Bloon card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 2.0. When played, a selection menu prompts the player to reduce the selected other Bloon's delay by 1. It can slow bloons from either side, but not itself. If no Bloons are on screen other than itself, this effect does not occur.
Tips
This section was last updated for: version 3.4
- The Bloon itself does not attack particularly fast. However, the slow effect on a targeted Bloon can temporarily stall a bloon that may leak otherwise, while also generating bloontonium compared with Return to Sender, and 2 charges.
- Using the Slowing Bloon on a friendly Bloon can be used to push it back along the queue if there are other bloons. For instance, it could be used to let Hero Protection prioritize a different 0-delay bloon.
