Bloon Dissolver is the Glue Gunner's path 1 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles. It increases the Glue Gunner's rate of damage over time to every 0.5 seconds (effectively twice per second). In the mobile version only, it also allows it to target and hit MOAB-Class Bloons with its glue shots (and Glue Splatter if crosspathed), which slows them by 33% instead of 50% and lasts for half as much time as on regular Bloons, and also allows it to target and glue Bloons that are already afflicted with glue from a tier 0, 1, or 2 Glue Gunner, replacing their glue with Bloon Dissolver glue.
