Attack Speed is one of C4 Charlie's upgrades in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It sets the base attack cooldown of C4 Charlie's attacks to 1.3 seconds, increasing his base attack speed by ~15%. Like Max'sFast Throw upgrade, this does not multiply the attack cooldown, and thus does not increase the attack speed of any additional attacks granted by trinkets. This upgrade has no effect if C4 Charlie is at star level 9 or greater, since it also reduces his base attack cooldown to 1.3 seconds.
