The Clever Green Bloon is a Basic Blooncard in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 4.0. When played, if the previous card played by the player was a Monkey, it draws a card from the player's deck. The On Play effect will not activate if the player already has a full hand.
This card is very similar to the White Bloon. It has less health (–20 HP compared to the White, –10 HP to the normal Green) and requires playing a Monkey before it to activate its effect, but is often much cheaper.
The requirement to play a Monkey first is less of a downside than it appears because the lower cost makes placing a Monkey first easier.
Cheap multi-charge Monkeys such as Dart Monkey Twins or Barrel of Monkeys can be used to trigger the effects of a whole Clever Green card for cheap.
Bomb Bloons are recommended, as the Bomb Shooters they create are cheap (only 2 Gold), and conveniently with 2 charges to activate the Clever effect up to twice.
