Captain Churchill is a Hero in Bloons TD Battles 2, introduced in version 1.1. He costs 
4,000 Monkey Money to unlock.
Captain Churchill's basic attack fires shells from his tank that pierce through Bloons and explode each time they collide with a Bloon, generating up to three explosions at level 1. Each explosion deals 1 damage to up to 15 Bloons, but cannot damage Black Bloons. He is the most expensive Hero in the game and levels up slowly. As he levels up, his range, damage, and attack speed increase, his shells can explode more times per shot, and he gains Camo detection and a second attack where he uses a machine gun to rapidly deal damage to one Bloon at a time. He has two Activated Abilities:
- Armor Piercing Shells (level 3) — Allows his shells to explode more times per shot, deal more damage to Ceramic Bloons and MOAB-Class Bloons, and pop all Bloon types for a short time. Its duration increases as he levels up.
- MOAB Barrage (level 10) — Targets up to 10 MOAB-Class Bloons from anywhere on the map and bombards them with shells from the sky, dealing heavy damage to each target over a short time or until their outer layers are popped.
Mechanics
Main gun
Captain Churchill's main gun fires a shell every 0.7 seconds that pierces through Bloons and generates an explosion on each collision. The shells cannot collide with Bloons for 0.05 seconds after each collision (to ensure there is some spacing between each explosion). Each shell has 3 pierce at level 1, allowing them to explode up to 3 times, and their pierce cannot be buffed. The shells themselves deal no damage, but the explosions deal 1 explosion-type damage and have 15 pierce.

| 16 | Attack cooldown reduces to 0.3 seconds, effectively increasing attack speed by roughly 66.7%. |

Machine gun
At level 5, Churchill unlocks a machine gun attack that shoots at Bloons within his range. It always targets first, regardless of Churchill's target priority. Its shots collide with the target instantly without any travel time, and it can only hit one Bloon at a time, even with pierce buffs. It deals 1 sharp-type damage every 0.1 seconds.

Abilities
Armor Piercing Shells
Armor Piercing Shells is unlocked at level 3. It temporarily increases the pierce of Churchill's shells by 4 (allowing them to create up to 4 more explosions), increases the damage the explosions deal to Ceramic Bloons and MOAB-Class Bloons by 3, and changes the explosion's damage type to unstoppable (allowing them to pop any Bloon type). It lasts for 9 seconds at level 3 and increases by 0.5 seconds each time Churchill levels up after unlocking it (up to 15.5 seconds at level 20). It has a 35-second cooldown and no initial cooldown.

MOAB Barrage
MOAB Barrage is unlocked at level 10. It targets up to 10 of the strongest MOAB-Class Bloons on the map from anywhere and rapidly drops shells onto each target over a short time. Despite its appearance, the ability actually inflicts a damage over time effect on each target that deals 250 unstoppable-type damage every 0.5 seconds for 8 seconds or until the target's outer layer is popped. Each "tick" of damage displays a shell falling onto the target, which is purely visual. It has a 60-second cooldown and no initial cooldown.
At level 20, its damage per hit increases to 800, its cooldown reduces to 30 seconds, and it gains a new property where it increases the base damage of the main gun's explosions by 3 for 8 seconds.
