Ground Zero is the Monkey Ace's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD 5. It unlocks an Activated Ability for the Monkey Ace that drops a bomb which deals 350 damage to every bloon on screen (500 in Bloons TD 5 Deluxe). The Ability has a 45 second cooldown (50 on the Flash version of Bloons TD 5).
