The Target Blimp punishes players for relying excessively on manual-targeting Monkeys. Use high damage from other sources (e.g. Long Range Rang) to chip it down. Alternatively, use Monkeys with naturally high single-target damage, such as Missile Launcher or MOAB Mauler, to quickly destroy the Target Blimp.
Like all Bloons with Must Pop, the Target Practice Blimp does not affect Heroes or Powers, nor random Monkey attacks such as Mortars or Arcane Master's extra bolts.
Target Blimp is one of the more reliable Must Pop Bloons, having large HP that resists most board clears.
