Heavy Tips was one of Max's upgrades in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It changed the damage type of Max's dart projectiles (including Dartnado's projectiles) from Sharp to Shatter, allowing them to damage frozen Bloons. This also prevented Max from benefitting from Poptimization. It was not affected by star level.
In version 1.4.1, this upgrade was removed. Sharper Darts and Enhanced Range became prerequisites of Hot Tips instead.
