| This article is a stub. You can help out by expanding it. The editor who added this notice elaborates: There are way more glitches and bizarre interactions than this. Needs to go more in-depth about the sidewinder and shoko glitches and how to set them up. Find and list text errors in other languages. |

This is a list of errors in Bloons Adventure Time TD. The names of bugs and glitches are unofficial.
Bugs and glitches
[edit | edit source]Hypersonic Sidewinders
[edit | edit source]This glitch requires equipping the Plasma Goggles to Commander Cassie and another character. While Commander Cassie has the Sidewinder Strike and Plasma Goggles abilities active, placing the second character within her range causes the planes to shoot rockets 60 times per second on all future uses of the ability.
Shoko glitch
[edit | edit source]When Shoko hits a DDT, she allows mutations that are only supposed to be applied once to be able to be applied again. This allows other towers to stack the effects of the Thought Cannon Wand, Crystal Gem Apple, and Big Bloon Bounty on DDTs.
Plasma Goggles stacking on Sam
[edit | edit source]When activating the Plasma Googles on Sam, the buff never wears off and can be stacked infinitely by using it over and over again. It resets upon buying an upgrade on her.
C4 Charlie
[edit | edit source]C4 Charlie's main attack is not flagged as a main attack or a ranged attack, so he does not benefit from equipment that only affects main attacks or ranged attacks, such as the Robo-Monkey Visor.
Dungeon Finn
[edit | edit source]Dungeon Finn's Inferno has a duration of 2 seconds and an attack cooldown of 2 seconds. As nothing prevents it from being buffed from attack speed, giving it enough attack speed buffs can make his Inferno deal damage more than once, even dealing its damage over a dozen times with the highest attack speed setup.
Captain Cassie
[edit | edit source]Captain Cassie stops rotating when given too much attack speed (when her stats page says a stat of 8), preventing her from turning to fire her attacks.
Tuxedo Jake
[edit | edit source]Tuxedo Jake's Fame upgrade is supposed to increase the attack speed of towers by 20% when Rock Out! is activated, but due to an oversight, Rock Out! has its effect even when it is not purchased, rendering it useless. Additionally, Fame's description states that "Characters near Jake get a speed boost", but Rock Out!'s buff actually affects all towers on-screen.
Damage caps not affecting damage against specific bloons
[edit | edit source]Internally, some attacks, such as Frag Bombs or Ice Bolts cannot be buffed by damage. They can however be buffed by damage against specific bloon types, such as MOAB damage.
Lute Suit equip oversight
[edit | edit source]The Lute Suit when obtaining it from a Wish Orb or the Shop displays that any character can equip it, but only characters who equip an Instrument as their weapon can equip the Lute Suit.
Round skips
[edit | edit source]There are multiple round skips in the game. For all three, skipping is done when the play button appears, where it must be pressed as much as possible so that rounds can be skipped as many times as it registers inputs. On PC, the hotkey for starting rounds (space bar) can also be pressed rapidly for even more rounds skipped, if clicking the play button is not registering any more input.
- Big Hearted Hero provides the most time for skipping rounds. Setup for this is done by leaking two or more remaining bloons that activate Big Hearted Hero as long as the animation is still active before rapidly pressing the play button.
- Time Travel Machine is similar to Big Hearted Hero but provides less time for skipping.
- Dimension Disruptor only works if at the end of the round, exactly 1 remaining bloon is leaked that activates the power.
Stats menu
[edit | edit source]- Sam's stats menu displays her pierce stat as zero.
- Tuxedo Jake's stats menu displays his attack speed stat as infinity.
- The Banana Guards' and Banana Air Corps' stats menus display their damage as "N/A", their damage type as "N/A" (even though they deal sharp damage), and their pierce as "-1".
- The Dirt Beer Guy's stats menu displays his damage and damage type as "N/A".
- Maja's stats menu displays her damage and damage type as "N/A" and her pierce as zero.
- Towers whose main attacks have multiple damage types (Princess Bubblegum, Water Nymph, C4 Charlie at level 10, and Ice King at level 10) display their damage types as "N/A".
- Hunson Abadeer's cost is displayed as $666, but it gets rounded down to $665 in-game.
- The Apple displays an attack speed modifier of +20%, but it only increases attack speed by 10%. The game incorrectly interprets its modifier to Marceline and Hunter Marceline's movement speed as its modifier to attack speed.
- Jake's Viola does not display its damage buff.
- Level 10 Commander Cassie displays the stats of her planes rather than herself.
Text errors
[edit | edit source]
- Smart Stakes is called "Hungry Stakes" in the description of the Mace Stake.
- The spelling of Fridjitzu is inconsistent. It is spelled "Fridjitzu" in the description of Arrows of Frozen Rain, "Fridjitsu" in the description of the Frozen Throwing Knives and the name and description of the Fridjitsu upgrade, and "Frijitsu" in the descriptions of the Arrow of Ice, Dagger of Chilled Glass, Iceberg Blade, and Numb-Chuks.
- The Bottle Rocket, Business Men, Doom Gauntlets, and Fire Kingdom Scepter have trailing spaces after their in-game names.
- The 4D sword, Ghost princess, Grappling crossbow, Neva-miss targeting, Night Vision X-Ray goggles, Pre workout, and Red Cowboy boots are not written in title case, unlike other equipment and upgrade names.
- Supermonkey is parsed "Super Monkey" in one of the loading screen tips.
- The description of Big Bloon Bounty states that Max must deal the last hit to a MOAB-Class Bloon in order for the effect to activate, but he only needs to deal damage to it at some point; the last hit can be dealt by anything and the effect will still activate.
- The description of Betty Grof's Double Magi upgrade misspells "once" as "onces".
- The description of the COBRA's Double Tap upgrade states that it doubles its attack speed, but it actually quadruples its attack speed.
