Flash Bomb is one of Sai's upgrades in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It grants Sai an additional attack that throws a bomb every 3 seconds (before attack speed buffs), which explodes on contact with the first Bloon it hits. Its explosion deals 1 explosion-type damage to up to 30 Bloons in its radius and stuns all non-MOAB-Class Bloons hit for 1.5 seconds. Its damage and pierce cannot be buffed. This attack is not affected by any of Sai's other upgrades except Longer Range.
