Levels

Level	Description
1	Hacks in $75 every round.
2	Generates $112 per round instead of $75.
3	Good Vibes: 5 closest Monkeys pop an extra layer per attack for 6 seconds. Affected Monkeys can't attack for 1 second after effect ends.
4	Skimming - earns +$1 for every new natural bloon spawned.
5	Bank Hack - all banks earn +12% income. Income increased to $187 per round.
6	Cyber Security - Restores 5 lives at the end of each round.
7	Bloon Trojan - Every few seconds sends a Trojan software virus to random bloon. Affected bloon spawns no children when destroyed.
8	Income increased to $300 per round.
9	Bank hack increased to 18%
10	Beatdown: Instantly downgrades the 12 strongest bloons on screen, including up to 4 BFBs.
11	Income increased to $600 per round.
12	Skimming increased to $2 per bloon.
13	Good Vibes increases bonus damage and affects 7 Monkeys for 8 seconds.
14	Cyber Security adds 10 lives per round and can go up to 100 over starting lives.
15	Income increased to $1500 per round.
16	Bloon Trojan is sent more often.
17	Income increased to $3000 per round.
18	Bloon Trojan can affect BFB and DDT bloons.
19	Good Vibes lasts 9 seconds and affects 8 Monkeys. They pop 3 extra layers instead of 2 and have no recovery time.
20	Beatdown now affects DDTs and up to 4 ZOMGs.
