One Two Tree is a Beginner map in Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 34.0. It takes place in a snow-covered Christmas tree farm. This map features 23 spaces that apply buffs to towers placed on top of them. Each space has restrictions on what kinds of towers can be placed on them and more spaces become available as the game progresses. The game starts with one empty space that has no buffs or restrictions.

Mechanics
Buffs
There are five types of buffs that appear on this map. The first four are given by the tree spaces, while the range buff is only given by the small placeable areas by the snow-covered trees.
| Icon | Effect |
|---|---|
| Reduces attack cooldown by 15%, increasing attack speed by ~17.6%. | |
| Applies a 10% discount to all towers placed and non-Hero upgrades purchased on it. Unlike Monkey Business and Monkey Commerce, this includes tier 4 and tier 5 upgrades (but not Paragons). | |
| Increases the damage dealt by projectiles by 1. Does not apply to damage over time, including projectile effects (i.e. Corrosive Glue) and zones (i.e. Spirit of the Forest's brambles). | |
| Increases the pierce of projectiles by 1. | |
| Increases range by 15%. |
Spaces

Not counting the free space at the start, there are six types of spaces: one for each of the four tower categories, which only allow towers of their category to be placed on top, plus spaces consisting of water and spaces that only allow up to two towers with small footprints. Each space is unlocked at the end of a specific round and applies a buff to towers placed on top of them. If the game starts on a higher round, all spaces up to that round are unlocked automatically; for example, on Impoppable and CHIMPS, the first three spaces are unlocked by default. The rate that spaces are unlocked at is inconsistent and leaves significant gaps between rounds 7-14, 27-54, and 58-70.
