Bass Expert is one of Marceline's upgrades in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It causes Marceline's equipped weapon to be treated as if her star level is 1 level higher (ignoring the usual star level cap of 10), thus increasing the stat bonuses it provides. It stacks with the Monkey Academy Degree.
