Version 6.0 is the fourth major update to Bloons Card Storm of 2025, and the final major update to Bloons Card Storm. It introduced Ezili, 44 new cards, including Camo Bloons, Regrow Bloons, and Ninja Monkeys,[2] a redesigned Tutorial, and Ranked season 7.

Interface
- Redesigned the Play menu
- Added the option to re-play last mode, via the "Play Last Mode" button from the main menu
- Reworked the UI layout for the end-game screen
- Improvements to the Card Collection:
- Number of collected cards are now shown on the top of the Collection screen, displayed as a fraction (i.e. X/739, as of v6.0, where X is a number)
- Added an additional filter to search by card sets: All Sets, Camo Storm, Lead Storm, Classic.
- Number of deck slots used and available are now displayed as a fraction (e.g. 28/31).
- Added a small sub-menu when tapping the deck button that displays the graveyard UI and the remaining cards in the deck
- Added a checkbox option to change the match UI sizing on mobile devices
- Added animated arrow(s) for Monkeys that manually target Bloons, as well as cards and abilities with card effects and actions that target Monkeys and Bloons
- Added Mailbox messages for Boss Battle events whenever they begin or end
- Emotes now plays if the player plays their own Hero's Emotes (bug fix)

Currency caps are doubled
Non-universal token cap increased ― 30,000 → 60,000
Universal Token cap increased ― 50,000 → 100,000
Monkey Money cap increased ― 10,000 → 20,000
- Dark Castle lava texture now has a darker shade of yellow
- Music played in-match are now only Bloontonium Bossa Nova and Doubloons with no loop
- Music played in-match no longer plays Clásico, Build Play Win, or High Bloon

A complete list of changes during development of version 6.0 were released by a community tester who worked on the update behind the scenes:[3]
Pre-existing cards:
- Swarm Red Bloon, Swarm Blue Bloon, Swarm Green Bloon: Bonus Health (20 → 25, 45 → 50, 70 → 75) proposed by Ninja Kiwi, untouched by the community
- Blue Bloon: Bonus Health (50 → 60) proposed by Ninja Kiwi, untouched by the community
- Defense Prep Bloon: Community feedback increased Health (80 → 100)
- Dart Monkey: Bonus ATK (20 → 25) proposed by Ninja Kiwi, unchanged by the community
- Sniper Monkey: Bonus ATK (80 → 90) proposed by Ninja Kiwi, unchanged by the community
- Necromancer: New effect was implemented by Ninja Kiwi and unchanged by the community
- Prince of Darkness: New effect was implemented by Ninja Kiwi and unchanged by the community
- Frag Bomb Shooter: Increased Gold cost (6 → 7) proposed by Ninja Kiwi and unchanged by the community
- MOAB Dominator: Community feedback lowered ATK (75 → 70)
- For My Next Trick: Increased Pick (2 → 3) amount proposed by Ninja Kiwi and unchanged by the community
- Obyn Greenfoot's Nature's Shield: Community feedback decreased Shield gains (+20 → +10)
New cards and keywords (modified by Ninja Kiwi):
- Camo Blue Bloon, Camo Green Bloon: Bonus Health (90 → 110, 100 → 120)
- Camo Regrow Ceramic Bloon: Gold cost decrease (11 → 7)
- Camo Regrow Rainbow Bloon: Community feedback increased the charges (1 → 2), and Ninja Kiwi added increased Health (200 → 225)
New cards and keywords (changed only by community feedback):
- Revive: Removed the ability for destroyed Bloons to keep their health bonuses when revived.
- Life Drain Bloon: Increased the life steal (10 → 25)
- Golden Blimp: Increased the health gain per Gold spent (+50 → +70)
- Fortified Regrow Camo Red Bloon: Increased the health (60 → 90), and then reduced Gold cost (4 → 3)
- Regenerator: Decreased the delay (10 → 8)
- DDT: Increased the HP (300 → 320)
- Regrow Yellow Bloon: Increased the charges (1 → 2)
- Camo Lead Bloon: Increased the charges (1 → 2)
- Shinobi Tactics Ninja: Increased Gold cost (3 → 4)
- Extra-Super Monkey: Reworked its ammo and reload (3 ammo and 3 reload → 1 ammo and 1 reload). 15 ATK was considered but was reverted because the card became too weak according to the community.
- Night Vision Sniper: Increased the ATK (90 → 100)
- Economy Drain: Decreased eco loss (5 → 3)
- Haunting Night: Increased Gold cost (5 → 6)
- Ghostly Armor: Increased Armor gain (10 → 40)
- Eerie Lifeforce: Increased buff (+10 → +20)
- Regrow Potion: Community feedback reworked it (3 Gold and Regrow 40 → 2 Gold and Regrow 30)
- All other cards remained unchanged, however Undead Army was indirectly nerfed by changes to the Revive keyword, and CRRROD was indirectly buffed by changes to Regrow Rainbow.
Other:
- Ezili's Totem: Ninja Kiwi decreased Hero self-damage from 50 to 20, and community feedback decreased Bloontonium cost (6 → 5). Both of these changed occurred at the same time during testing.

- The update video shows the balance changes for Blue Bloon, Sniper Monkey, and Dart Monkey at 0:30.
- The update notes show Ezili's Sacrificial Totem dealing 50 damage to herself, as it did in playtesting, though the update notes state the final damage amount of 20.
- Regrow Potion is mentioned in the update notes, but is not shown in the video.
