Tutorial was a singleplayer mode in Bloons Card Storm. Prior to version 4.0, it was classified as a campaign under The Basics alongside Training. This campaign was an introduction to the game's main mechanics split into four stages. In all stages, the player controls Quincy, Gwendolin is the AI-controlled opponent, the map is Monkey Meadow (though the player can veto it on one stage), neither player draws their opening hand, there is no time limit, and Auto Attack mode is disabled. Completing this campaign unlocks Gwendolin, her starter deck, and all the necessary cards for her deck.

In version 6.0, this Adventure was replaced with The Basics and Card Storm 101.

Attack With Bloons

• The player goes first and draws a Pink Bloon. The player is required to play it before they can end their turn.

Defend With Monkeys

• The player starts with a Red Bloon in play.
• Gwendolin goes first, draws a Yellow Bloon, and plays both charges.
• The player draws a Super Monkey on the next turn. The player is required to play it and use all its ammo before they can end their turn.
• Gwendolin draws a Dart Monkey on the next turn, places it in the middle space, and attacks the player's Red Bloon.
• The player draws a Fortify on the next turn and is required to play it before they can end their turn.
• Gwendolin uses the "Nice Play!" Text Emote after the player plays the Fortify card.

Make Strategic Choices

• The map is initially Monkey Meadow, but the player is forced to veto it, changing it to Dark Castle.
• Gwendolin goes first, draws a Swarm Red Bloon, and plays all three charges.
• The player draws a Swarm Blue Bloon on the next turn. The player is required to play all three charges, then use Quincy's Arrow Shot on an opposing Bloon before they can end their turn.
• Gwendolin draws a Firestorm on the next turn and immediately uses it.
• The player draws a Pink Bloon on the next turn and is required to play it before they can end their turn.
• Gwendolin uses the "Good Game!" Text Emote after the player plays the Pink Bloon card.

If the player shoots their own Pink Bloon using Quincy's ability, the game can continue from here, and the player is no longer forced to perform certain actions.

• Gwendolin draws and plays 1 MOAB. Her MOABs have 455 health instead of 505 health.
• The player draws a Cash Drop.
• Gwendolin continues to draw and play MOABs if possible.
• The player continues to draw Pink Bloons from here.
• On Gwendolin's final turn, she draws a Yellow Bloon and may choose to play it instead of a MOAB.

Ride the Storm!

• Starting on turn 4, the player goes first, does not draw a card, and can only end their turn.
• The Storm summons a Yellow Bloon on Gwendolin's board.
• Gwendolin draws a Fortify and immediately uses it on her Yellow Bloon.
• The Storm summons a Yellow Bloon on the player's board.
• The player draws an Elite Defender on the next turn. The player is required to play it and then end their turn, and cannot attack the opposing Yellow Bloon.
• Gwendolin draws a Tack Sprayer on the next turn, places it in the middle space, and ends her turn.
• The player draws a Whoops on the next turn. The player is required to use it on the opposing Tack Sprayer before they can end their turn.
• Gwendolin uses the "What Happened?" Text Emote after the player plays the Whoops card.
