Highwayman Jericho is a Hero Alt of Agent Jericho in Bloons TD Battles 2, introduced in version 10.0. He costs  5,000 and 40000 Hero Points jericho to unlock.

Levels

Level	Description
1	Highwayman Jericho never misses with his trusty flintlock.
2	Bloon Adjustment - Periodically enhance a single natural bloon on the opponent's side with an extra layer.
3	Stand and Deliver: Steals $200 from your opponent. If they can't afford it, their cheapest monkey will be sold for its full value to pay for it.
4	The cost of sending regrow bloons is reduced.
5	Adjusted bloons will now also have the camo, regrow, or fortified property.
6	Jericho dual wields pistols, doubling his attack speed. Stand and Deliver steals $650.
7	Jericho's damage and range increases and he can detect camo bloons. The cost of sending camo bloons is reduced.
8	Bloon adjustment happens more regularly.
9	Stand and Deliver steals $1000. The cost of sending fortified bloons is reduced (except BADs).
10	Misdirection: Deceives the strongest MOAB class bloon on screen (up to a BFB) and sends it to your opponent's side.
11	Stand and Deliver steals $1300.
12	Adds a second barrel to each of Jericho's pistols, allowing him to fire twice each time he attacks with one of them. Misdirection can now affect DDTs.
13	Bloon adjustment applies more modifiers to each enhanced bloon.
14	Stand and Deliver steals $2500.
15	Bloon adjustment now affects sent bloons in addition to natural bloons. Misdirection can affect ZOMGs.
16	Jericho's pistols become fast firing revolvers, allowing him to fire each one 3 times per attack.
17	Misdirected bloons attack with renewed vigour, healing all damage they recieved before being misdirected.[sic]
18	Stand and Deliver cooldown reduced.
19	Jericho's pistol attacks deal significantly more damage.
20	Misdirection cooldown reduced. Fortified BADs are now cheaper to send.
