Blade Maelstrom is the Tack Shooter's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD 5. It grants the tower an Activated Ability that shoots out a pair of maelstrom blades 30 times a second for 2 seconds in 12 degree increments. Each blade has infinite pierce, deals 1 damage and passes through Lead and Frozen Bloons without damaging them. Its cooldown is 20 seconds. The blade dispersion spins anticlockwise in the Flash version, clockwise in the multiplatform version.
