Snowballs is one of Juggernaut Max's upgrades in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It causes all projectiles from his main attack to freeze Bloons on contact. It freezes 2 layers of regular Bloons for 1 second, freezes MOAB layers for 0.75 seconds, BFB layers for 0.5 seconds, and ZOMG and DDT layers for 0.5 seconds. It does not affect White Bloons, Zebra Bloons, or BADs.
